Relabel the shoes?
I ordered a size 8 off my mobile but they arrived too big for my feet. After going to the website on a laptop, I see they suggest ordering half a size down because they run large but this didn't show up on my mobile device so I had to return for exchange (at expense to me).
I don't understand why the company didn't change the label on the shoeboxes (simple fix with a sharpie) or just make sure their mobile website is working. Even if they made sure the information is more readily visible (e.g. put the notification on the webpage rather than the drop down box), it would have avoided costing the consumer and your distribution staff time and money.
Shoes seem otherwise okay. Still waiting for the other pair to arrive so am unsure whether the size will be right but the colour is really nice.

Currently all sizing and fit notes are included in the drop down when choosing a size, this is seen on both mobile and desktop versions of our website to help customers choose their perfect fit! Unfortunately some styles may fit different customers slightly differently, therefore these notes are helpful to consider in case there are any irregularities rather than altering the box details, since each foot is different.
