Recieved the wrong product or your item is damaged or faulty? Please lodge a Faulty Return for us to review HERE. You will need to upload a photo and be specific to what the fault/issue is.
Please note that Sale and Final Sale Items may not come in a new condition. Only Sale and Final Sale Items with a major manufacturing fault can be returned for a refund.

- Please log your return via our Returns Centre.
- Return your items within 14 days of delivery.
- Orders sent via DHL will not recieve a label in the box or from the portal. You will need to arrange your own return, please use a trackable carrier service.
- Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days from when it is delivered to our warehouse
- PLease expect delays around public holidays and sale periods
