General Shipping Information
Shipping is up to 48 hours from when the order is placed. Please note that our warehouse doesn’t ship orders over the weekend or on USA/AUS public holidays. Dispatch of your order may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.
All communication will be via email once completed, please wait until after the specified time frames to contact us.
Please note that email is our quickest method to get in touch with you, we will be unable to return calls from out of business hours.
We are unable to cancel or amend orders if we are closed or it has already been dispatched.

For US customers we offer three shipping options for your convenience. Please note that regional areas may be subject to delays on the following time frames.
From our US Warehouse:
- Express is 1 - 4 business days from dispatch
- Ground is 5 - 7 business days from dispatch
PLEASE NOTE - Express is not guranteed if we need to send from our AU warehouse. If your order has multiple items, your order may take longer for dispatch as we send all items together.
From our AUS Warehouse (International Location):
- DHL Express Shipping 4-10 days from dispatch
Canadian Customers:
- DHL Express Shipping 4 - 10 days from dispatch depending on your zone and whether you’re in a metro region.
Shipping Cost:
- Ground shipping is $12.50 or FREE on orders over $150
- Express shipping is $20 or FREE on orders over $350
- DHL Express shipping is $20 or FREE on orders over $350
Please Note:
We may need to send your order from our AU warehouse if necessary. This means your order will be sent via DHL regardless of what shipping option was selected at checkout and can take up to 4 -14 business days to be delivered.
Please note, items marked as "Pre Order" are excluded from the above shipping dates and will be shipped according to the pre-order dates indicated at the time of purchase.
If your order contains multiple items, your order won't be sent until all items arrive into our warehouse to send in one package. We do this to ensure that you don't need to pay any extra shipping fees or incur additional duties and taxes by your countries customs.
You'll receive your tracking confirmation and all communication in regards to your order via email. If your order has a pre-order item, please check the pre-order date online by searching the product – the estimated shipping date will appear on the product page above the size selector. All items will be sent by the latest date of your pre-order item.

International Customers
For our Canadian customers Duties & Taxes may apply to your online order. For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer.
We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be. Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
If you order goes above your regions shipping threshold then our Shipping Provider DHL will send you an email notifying you to make payment to clear the goods through customs.

Refused packages are subject to a re-stocking fee of $12.00 which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

International Location DHL Delivery
Some items and sizes are only available from our AUS warehouse. When selecting a size, a note will appear below the sizes if the size will be sent from an international location
This may take 4-14 business days to be delivered via DHL Express. International shipping fees will apply and any potential duties and taxes. International Shipping is $20 or free for orders over $350.
If you have received your order from Australia, you are welcome to return to our US warehouse.
Shipping FAQs
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email which will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking site.
Sometimes the carrier can take 24 hours to update shipping. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working, please reach out to us as soon as you can via enquiries@tonybianco.com so we can help.
All online Tony Bianco orders from our US warehouse have a very short window in which orders can be changed or cancelled as they are typically fulfilled on the same day.
Please contact us and we can see what stage your order is in. If we couldn't catch your order, please see our returns page.
Unfortunately, we are not be able to update your address once dispatched. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, we recommend contacting the carrier service your order was placed with.
If our courier partners are unable to deliver your package to you, it will be returned to sender, back to our warehouse.
Our friendly guest experience team will be in touch with you to arrange re-postage once it is delivered to our warehouse. If we are unable to make contact with you after multiple attempts we will refund your order.

Tony Bianco currently only delivers to the 48 contiguous states of America.
No, we do not ship to US military bases or PO boxes. Please provide an alternative business or residential shipping address.
Refused packages due to duties and taxes or not wanting the item will be subject to a re-stocking fee of $12.00. This will be deducted from the refunded amount once returned within 5-7 business days of delivery.
