    Shop online at your convenience, then collect from your chosen store for no additional charge. An email will be sent to you once your item is available for pick up.

    Please note that Click & Collect is only available with stores at Boutique locations within Australia. 

     

    How does it work?

    1. Browse the range.
    2. Select 'Click & Collect' and check availability at your chosen store.
    3. Confirm and pay for your order online.
    4. Wait to hear from us when you order is ready to collect.

     

    Why Click & Collect?

    • Pay online and simply collect in-store.
    • There's no additional cost to Click & Collect your order, and no delivery charges.
    • No minimum or maximum purchase amount or product size.
    • Your order will be ready for collection from your nominated store within 24 hours, subject to availability.
    • You will be contacted via email once your product is ready to collect.
    • Beat the queues! Click & Collect orders will be held for up to 14 days.

     

    How to Click & Collect

    It's easy! Simply browse the website and find the products you want, then follow the steps below:

    1. Select your size
    2. Add the products to your cart.
    3. Select 'Click & Collect' and then enter your postcode and search or use the search by location button.
    4. The closest store to you with available stock will be displayed, select your preferred store 
    5. Select 'Click & Collect' then enter your postcode & search radius and click 'Check'.
    6. The closest stores to you with available stock will then be displayed, select your preferred store then click 'Buy & Collect In-Store'.
    7. This will add the product to your cart, and you are free to browse and add other products to your cart.
    8. Once you are ready to complete your order, click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your cart then click 'Proceed to Checkout.
    9. Now complete the order by entering your personal details and payment information.
    10. Once you have successfully placed your order, wait for us to send you an email telling you your order is ready, then simply go to your selected store with your tax invoice (which we send via email) and your photo ID (so we know it's you!). Please note:If you need to nominate someone other than yourself to collect the order, we require prior contact to our Customer Care team. We may request to see the credit card used or speak to the card holder at any stage. The nominee will also be required to show a form of I.D.
    11. Once your order is placed, our in store team will be notified and they'll get busy preparing your order! Once it's ready we'll send you an email letting you know and you can come and collect!
    12. If your order hasn’t been collected within 14 days, we will cancel & refund the order.

    How To Measure Boots

     

    1. Shaft Height 

    Measured from the bottom of the boots to the top of the foot

    2. Calf Circumference 

    Measured around the fullest part of the boot

    3. Heel Height

    Measured up the centre back of the heel to where the boots meets the boot sole

    4. Boot Opening 

    Measured around the circumference of opening at the top of the boot

     

    Measuring Boot Shaft Length
    To compare our boot measurements to your body, use tape measure to measure the length from the bottom of your heel upwards.

     

    How To Measure Heels

     

    1. Heel Height

    Measured up the centre back of the heel to where the boots meets the boot sole

    2. Platform Height

    The highest measurement from the sole to the bottom of the platform

    3. Wedge Height 

    The highest measurement from the sole to the bottom of the platform

     

     

    How To Measure Bags

     

    Please find our measurements specific to each style on our Details and Care section.

     

    1. Height 

    Measured from the bottom of the back to the opening.

    2. Width 

    Measured at the base of the bag from side to side.

    3. Depth 

    Measured across the bottom from the widest point at the side of the bag.

    4. Handle Drop 

    Measured from the highest point of the strap to the bag opening.

    5. Belt Length 

    Measured by the length around the inside of the hat along the brow band.

    • Express Post is available for orders within a certain location.

    AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

    You can either return the item(s) via post to our warehouse, or in person to a Tony Bianco store within 14 days from the date of delivery. Some conditions and exclusions apply. 

    Please note, if your order was placed before 14 November 2018 on our old website, parcel point will be the only option for you.

    • Print your label & stick it on your parcel. Please ensure it is clearly visible. 
    • Drop your parcel off to any Parcel Point location.

     Method 3: In-Store

    • Eligible for Australian orders only.
    • Excludes Myer and David Jones.
    • Find your nearest store here to return or exchange an item for FREE.

     

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    You can return the item(s) via post to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery. Some conditions and exclusions apply.

    • Book your return online here through the returns portal.
    • Click "Create A New Shipment" and enter the Ship From and Ship To address.
    • Choose "Packages" and select the purpose of your shipment. Packages require an item description, value, and origin. You can Add Another Item if you are sending multiple items. Click Next when complete.
    • Enter the package dimensions and then you can choose the date and type of service.
    • Review, choose payment type and then when you are ready click Accept and pay.
    • Ensure that you print all documents after payment confirmation.

    • If you are a new Afterpay customer, the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payment over the next 6 weeks.
    • Once you have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks, for all orders under $500, your first payment is made in 14 days, with final payment in 8 weeks.
    • Your payment schedule will be emailed to you.
    • If you wish to return your items you can choose an exchange, or the payment plan can be cancelled.
    • If you fail to make payment, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.
